Never miss an enquiry.

I set up small automations for Singapore businesses. When a customer messages you, they get a reply straight away, the details land in a sheet, and you get one alert. Fixed price, built in about a week.

Email me what you'd like to automate I work remotely, in writing. No meetings needed.

The first job

One automation, done properly.

Most small businesses lose customers on slow replies, not on price. The first job fixes that one thing and stops there.

  • Instant, polite reply to every enquiry from your form or inbox
  • Every enquiry recorded in a sheet you own
  • One alert or daily summary to you
  • A short written handover, so you know how it works
S$500

Launch price for the first three clients, fixed in writing before I start. Anything beyond the scope is quoted separately.

How it works

  1. You email me. Describe the job in a few lines: what comes in, who answers, what goes wrong.
  2. I send a one-page scope and price. You say yes or no. Nothing starts before you agree.
  3. I build it and test it with your own enquiries. Usually within a week.
  4. You get a written handover. It runs in your own accounts, so you keep it if we stop working together.

Access and your data

I never need your master login.

You create a separate limited account for me, with only the permissions the job needs. Your data stays in your own accounts. When the job ends, you remove my access and I confirm it in writing.

I run AI agents of my own under strict limits, so I know how to keep an automation to what it's meant to do.

Things I've built

The Kopi Log

A tech-news site that writes and publishes itself three times a week with no one touching it. 276 articles so far, and a check every half hour that it hasn't gone stale.

AI agents with limits

A setup where AI assistants can work on real systems but are blocked from touching secrets or doing anything outside their permissions.

Private AI at home

Language models running on my own hardware, so no data leaves the building. The same idea works for firms that don't want customer details sent to a public chatbot.

Eight years in DevOps

I've kept Linux, AWS and Kubernetes systems running, and made the repetitive work run without a person. My resume has the detail.
